Design & Quote

What branding options do I have?

We are proud to have six branding options available, because we want to provide you with the best suitable branding method for your order, so that your item can look as cool as possible for as little as possible. We do screen printing, embroidery, applique, digital printing, vinyl printing and foil printing. Visit our Branding options page to get branding inspiration and learn about the pros and cons of each method.

How do I get a quote?

Because we try to give the best possible price for every unique order, we need a few details from you before we can send you a quote. You have two options to give us your information. You can submit a quote request trough our easy-to-use online Design Lab or by submitting an online quote form.

We are available to answer questions and help bring your design to life at +27 71 426 5399, Monday-Thursday: 8am – 5pm and Fridays: 8am – 3pm. You can also email us to [email protected]

Sizing

How can we determine our sizes?

Your product’s size chart can be found at the top left in our design lab or you are welcome to request the size charts via email. We also offer free fitting samples for orders over 40 units. For smaller orders, we have a R150 delivery charge for samples which, if the cost gets split by your group, is well worth it. Click here to request a fitting set.

How do I measure myself?

If you are making use of our garment measurements chart, we suggest measuring a similar garment with a good fit from your cupboard and comparing it’s measurements to ours. If you are unsure of two sizes, rather choose the larger size. Most of our items are 100% cotton and a 4% shrinkage can be expected if washed or tumble-dried in high heat.

Payments

What are my payment options?

Often our clients gather cash from group members and aren’t sure how to pay us. There a few payment methods that you can choose from:

  1. Paying cash. If you are in our area and you prefer to pay cash, just pop by our offices. We would love to meet you! (We are based in Salt River)

  2. Electronic fund transfers. EFT’s are the most common payment method used by our clients. Simply transfer your group’s money into your account. (This can be done at a cash accepting ATM or at your bank branch.)  You can then EFT your payment with your reference into our account.

  3. Cash Deposit at a branch. Going into a branch to deposit your group’s cash into our account is another method that can be used, however this is the most expensive. Banks charge a cash deposit fee of 1.65% of your total payment which will be charged to your final invoice. If you prefer to do a cash deposit at a branch, get your friends to each chip in so that you don’t have to pay this our of your own pocket.

  4. Paying through your University. Simply let us know to make the invoice out to your University, we know how they need it. You will then need to process the payment request with the help of your treasurer or department secretary.  This can take time, so just send us your internal request and we will get started on your order in the meantime.

Where do I find your banking details?

Our banking details an your order;s reference can be found in red at the bottom of your invoice. If you want us to resend you your invoice or make any changes to your invoice, just send us an email to [email protected]
